These Terms govern your use of www.wonderdog.co.uk and all purchases made through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Use of the Website
   You must use the site lawfully. You must give accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

2. Product Information
   We supply dry dog food, treats and related products. Product data is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Ingredients and nutritional information may change without notice. Check the packaging before feeding.

3. Ordering and Payments
   Orders are offers to buy. We accept an order only when we dispatch it. If there is a pricing or stock error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
   All prices include VAT where applicable.
   Payments are taken through secure third-party processors.

4. Delivery
   Delivery times are estimates. Delays do not create liability for compensation.
   Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address supplied.

5. Returns and Refunds
   Consumer rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations apply.
   You have 14 days from delivery to cancel most orders. Products must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.
   We will not accept returns of opened dog food or treats unless the item is faulty.
   Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect returned goods.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
   If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with order details and photos. We will repair, replace or refund in line with UK consumer law.

7. Subscriptions
   If you use Subscribe and Save:
   You authorise recurring payments until you cancel.
   Prices may change. We will notify you before the next renewal.
   You can cancel at any time before the next dispatch.

8. User-Generated Content
   Reviews and comments must be lawful, accurate and non-misleading. We may edit or remove content that breaches these terms.

9. Intellectual Property
   All content on the site is owned by Sneyd’s Wonderfeeds Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse anything without written permission.

10. Feeding Guidance and Allergen Notice
    Feeding guides are estimates. You are responsible for choosing suitable food for your dog.
    Always check packaging for the latest ingredient and allergen information. We are not liable for issues caused by failure to check this.

11. Limitation of Liability
    The site and its content are provided without warranties.
    To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from use of the site or products.
    Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

12. Account Termination
    We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

13. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
