We understand that keeping on top of your dog’s food supply can be tricky, especially after a long day at work when shopping for dog food is the last thing on your mind. That’s why we’ve introduced our hassle-free subscription service! It’s quick to set up, and once you’re signed up, we’ll handle your dog food deliveries for as long as you need, completely free of charge.

How do I get 10% off my dog’s food?

First, create a FREE account – it only takes a minute and can be done right here. Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to view your past orders, manage your subscription, and access a personalised feeding guide tailored to your dog’s needs.

Next, set up a subscription. Just place your first order as you usually would on our website, but instead of choosing ‘One-Time Purchase,’ select ‘Subscribe & Save.’

From there, let us know how often you’d like your dog food delivered, then add the item to your cart. You can repeat this process for any other products you’d like to subscribe to.

At checkout, you’ll need to confirm your billing and delivery details, as well as your payment method. These will be saved for future orders, but you can easily update them at any time by logging into your account.

Once everything is finalised, your subscription will be ready, and we’ll take care of the rest! We’ll even send you a reminder a few days before each delivery to make sure everything’s on track.
