Who owns Sneyd's Wonderfeeds?

We are completely owned by the Sneyd’s Family, Our chairman is Mr Sneyd.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in our factory in North Lincolnshire.

Can I have a sample of the food before I purchase?

Yes, on the page of the product you would like a sample of, click sample pack on the size options.

How should I store the food?

All our diets should be stored in a cool dry place.

How do I introduce my dog to your food?

We recommend to gradually introduce Wonderdog over a course of 7 days.

Start with 25% of Wonderdog to 75% of current feed for 1-2 days, then 50% Wonderdog and 50% current feed for 1-2 days and then 75% Wonderdog and 25% Current feed for 1-2 days. You can then try feeding with 100% Wonderdog.

Quality assurance

From the moment the raw materials enter our factory we uphold a strict Quality assurance/Control program to ensure our diets meet the quality that dogs deserve.

Why does my dog not eat his food anymore?

Dogs are creatures of habit, but like humans eating the same thing over and over again can get a bit boring, if your dog won’t eat his current food anymore, you can request a sample of a different diet from our range and try them on that.

How much should I feed my dog?

All our foods have a feeding guide on the back which will help you to decide how much you need to feed your dog, alternatively you can request a leaflet by clicking here.

All our ingredients are hand tipped into our mixers, this is done to ensure the highest level of Quality Control.

Website Queries

Your website keeps crashing/freezing

There are multiple reasons why a website can stop working, it may be a technical issue at our end, a problem or incompatibility with your browser or even an internet connectivity issue.

To help us fix this, please contact us with the following information:

  1. The URL you were on when you experienced the problem.
  2. What device you are using e.g phone, tablet, laptop etc.
  3. What browser you are using e.g Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari etc.
  4. A description of what happened
  5. Any error messages if you saw one.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?

On all our newsletters there will always be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page, just click the link and you will be unsubscribed from future newsletters.

Ordering & Shipping

All orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.

When placing your order, please allow 2 working days, orders are on a next day service as standard but allow for an extra day for deliveries in Scotland. See delivery guidelines below.

What happens if my delivery is damaged or items are missing?

If your delivery is damaged in any way or items are missing then this needs to be reported to Sneyd’s on 08000 77 88 46.

What do I do if I have placed an order over the web and I would like to change it?

If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please call us on 08000 77 88 46 as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

What is the delivery charge for my order?

Charges

£5.49 upto 15kg, £9,99 upto 30kg and 45kg and over free delivery

What happens if I don't receive my order within two working days?

Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will look into it for you.

What happens if I don't leave any 'leave instructions'?

If you do not leave any delivery instructions for us, our courier will leave a card for you to contact them directly to rearrange an alternative delivery day.
